  • KA Manager

    Location: LA, California/ Shenzhen, China

    Responsibilities

    a、Responsible for the ODM&OBM business of KA customers in North America region, including but not limited to market promotion, business development and customer service work;
    b、Master the systematic methodology of KA customer development and customer success, identify customer's pain points on the level of corporate strategy and personal level of senior management, output targeted sales strategies and solutions, and creatively meet customer needs;
    c、Flexible handling of complex situations, to ensure that the project landing, to achieve annual sales targets;
    d、Manage and maintain the relationship with KA customers, continue to improve customer satisfaction, and provide value for the growth of KA customers;
    e、Collect and analyze the industry, the market and the direction of the same action, feedback customers and market demand, summarize and refine the excellent play and experience;
    f、Participate in product improvement and new product introduction to ensure product competitiveness continue to improve.

    Requirements

    Bachelor degree or above, QSTOP500 preferred

    1. Proficient in English, can fluently use English to communicate with customers conversationally, with foreign study and work experience is preferred;
    2. 3C business experience is preferred;
    3. Have the sales ability to independently develop KA customers, understand customer success and have corresponding case support;
    4. Have rich overseas business development experience, including but not limited to overseas exhibitions, partner negotiation, etc.
    5. Excellent customer analysis and communication and negotiation skills
    6. Strong achievement orientation and learning ability
    7. Certain commercial sensitivity and good stress resistance ability
    8. Hold a motor vehicle license
